Dr Abdeljalil El Habti

Biography

Abdeljalil Elhabti is a senior research officer at the University of Essex. His research focuses on investigating the ways in which plants convert sunlight and water into food. As part of the Realizing Increased Photosynthetic Efficiency (RIPE) project, Abdeljalil evaluates transgenic soybean and cowpea with improved photosynthesis to identify potential novel targets for enhanced crop productivity.
